All Mireya Studio orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in France, then shipped within 24 to 48 working hours .

We collaborate with reliable carriers to ensure fast, tracked and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

• 🇫🇷 France: 3 to 6 business days
• 🇪🇺 Europe: 4 to 7 business days
• 🌍 International: 5 to 10 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to track your package in real time.

Delivery costs:

• Free delivery on orders over €60 in mainland France 💌
• Below, the fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do 💖 If not, you have 14 days after receipt to return or exchange it.

Terms :

• The jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging .
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defective product.

Procedure :

2. We will send you the instructions and return address.
3. Upon receipt, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Quality Guarantee

Each Mireya piece of jewelry is covered by a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing defects or abnormal wear of the plating.
