General conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of products offered by Mireya Studio via the website mireya-studio.com.

2. Products

The essential features are presented on each product page. The photos, although carefully done, are not contractual.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT where applicable, excluding delivery charges.
Mireya Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. The product is billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

Order confirmation constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Mireya Studio reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (alleged fraud, prior dispute, etc.).

5. Payment

Secure payments via Shop Pay / Credit card / PayPal. Payment is made upon ordering.

6. Delivery

Dispatched within 24–48 business hours, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 6 business days for France (see Shipping & Returns page). Risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier upon delivery. If the customer provides an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

8. Returns & Refunds

After receiving and verifying the items, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 days via the original payment method (excluding initial shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.

9. Guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, and 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In addition, Mireya Studio offers a 6-month commercial guarantee against any manufacturing defect or abnormal finish.

12. Applicable Law / Disputes
